DEVELOPING A WISER WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PERSONAL WELL-BEING
Working with others can, at times be stressful and demanding, the way we deal with these stresses can sometimes result in a negative environment, inappropriate behaviours and hurt feelings. We can all benefit from taking some time away from the workplace thinking about how to make our working lives and the lives of our colleagues more positive and satisfying – we all need to work together, how can we achieve our goals, get more out of our work and improve our working rlationships? This session will give you and your colleagues an opportunity to explore the skills required to keep well at work and discuss and develop some effective personal strategies.

- A personal analysis and action plan
This session is for you – if you spend time thinking about your work before you attend it could enable you to get more out of the day.
