GENERAL DEVELOPMENT SESSION

OVERVIEW OF THE SESSION

In these times of rapid change we may find ourselves involved in a variety of projects which either have a limited life span or merge into other things. Throughout this process we will acquire new skills and encounter teams and individuals previously unknown to us.  This event is an opportunity for you, as . . . team members, to reflect on and consolidate your learning, celebrate your achievements and ensure that you complete the journey in a positive and fulfilling way.

The skills and learning that you have acquired during your time with . . . will be transferred into your future projects.  So what have you learnt?  How can you ensure that the way you work and the behaviours you use are sustainable over time?  What can you gain from reflection and who can support you?   Part of this day will be around developing sustainable behaviours and coaching skills which will help you achieve your goals in a more positive, focused and empowered way.

Sylvia is very much looking forward to working with you and aims to make the day fun, positive and forward focused.  Please bring along to the event something which represents an interest or achievement you have outside of work that others may be unaware of.
