EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT

AIMS:

Do you ever feel that you have too much to do and not enough time to do it? Or are you so overwhelmed with work that you have lost your sense of direction and enthusiasm? This workshop will help you regain your sense of control – from assessing your overall goals and priorities to minimising your time wasters and using your energy in a sustainable and effective way. This seminar will benefit anyone with a broad area of responsibility and heavy workload and provide them with the motivation and tools for becoming more effective. Sylvia takes a practical approach, encouraging reflection as well as applying theories and models. When we are in the thick of it there is not time to think about what we are doing – give yourself this opportunity to reflect upon your workload and help yourself feel more in control of your working day.
