Training Modules

Training is usually broken down into a series of modules which are then combined to make up a training event.  Before looking at the module list I recommend that potential users of my training services read the section Ethos on this website.  The ethos described there and principles of sustainable behaviour and wiser working underpin all of the training, coaching and development services offered.

Below is a list of the core modules currently offered.   These modules may be free-standing (i.e. run as whole courses) or combined to create a course specific to your organisation’s needs.  This is not a finite list of services provided and, should you require something that is not indicated, please contact me with your requirements.   All training programmes are participatory in nature and engage the group in a positive way.  Methods used include case studies, role plays, groupwork, individual assignments, simulations, discussion, theoretical input, group assessment, self assessment and action planning.

Objectives Training and Development was set up by Sylvia Vacher MA BA(Hons) MCIPD FAETC in 1989 to: “Provide training and development services, for both individuals and organisations, enabling them to identify and achieve their objectives in a positive, healthy and fulfilling way” Sylvia believes that the way to achieve this is by identifying and developing Sustainable Behaviours and encouraging Wiser Working at an individual, team and corporate level.
