OVERVIEW
This course has been designed to help you develop the inspirational and motivating leadership style necessary for creating a dynamic and positive working environment. Coaching is a management tool which engages our staff team and develops a sense of ownership, encouraging a proactive and effective team approach whilst enabling us managers to be more hands-off on the day-to-day issues. Coaching is a sustainable behaviour which reduces stress and gives us more time and energy to do what we need to do. Effective team coaching ensures the level of engagement and motivation necessary for achieving all of our goals.
