FEELING GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF – WIDENING PARTICIPATION WORKSHOP – SUMMER SCHOOL

“FEELING GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF – HOW TO ENJOY A   SUCCESSFUL JOURNEY”

DURATION:  One and a Half Hours

Why is it some of us feel really good about ourselves and some don’t?  People who feel good about themselves seem to get less stress and flack from others and get what they want as well as having all the fun on the way – it’s not fair is it?  Why can’t we all be like that?  Well, we can, by learning how to be what we want to be and saying and doing the right thing at the right time in the right way.

This workshop will help you feel good about who you are and give you some of the skills you need to “go for it” in a big way.  It will give you the chance to think about how you communicate and develop some skills for getting others to listen to you.  Don’t sell yourself short . . . learn to be the best of you.  It’s your journey and it’s just beginning . . . make it a good one and enjoy it.
