FACILITATING MEETINGS

So much of our time is spent in meetings that it is essential that the facilitator ensures the outcome is both effective and productive. This session looks at the key skills required in facilitating and chairing meetings, from ensuring the meeting is structured and the agenda is managed appropriately to facilitating contributions from participants and handling a range of potentially supportive or disruptive behaviours. This course is suitable for anyone responsible for chairing formal and informal meetings and aims to promote a Wiser Working culture.

Objectives Training and Development was set up by Sylvia Vacher MA BA(Hons) MCIPD FAETC in 1989 to: “Provide training and development services, for both individuals and organisations, enabling them to identify and achieve their objectives in a positive, healthy and fulfilling way” Sylvia believes that the way to achieve this is by identifying and developing Sustainable Behaviours and encouraging Wiser Working at an individual, team and corporate level. Sylvia’s training style is dynamic, participatory and effective.
